user_814e9f Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your Netflix account. To unlink the billing you may have connected to your Xfinity account, you would need to access your Netflix settings to change the payment option. From there, you should be able to cancel and log out to close out that subscription. From there, all you should need to do is log in to the correct Netflix account, and in the settings, you can link the correct account to your Xfinity account.
