reliable customer service
needing a billing corrected. we have filed legal dispute, called customer service, been transferred, give 7 different phone # and disconnected from 2 chats, and multiple phone calls. Is there anyone who can provide the correct and promised service? We were told multiple times the billing issue was resolved, charges removed and we continue to receive billing statements.
