Unfortunately, our programming agreement with DSG has expired. We have made a number of reasonable offers that DSG hasn't accepted. This means we no longer have the right to carry their channels, including your local Bally Sports network. The loss of this channel will result in savings that we’ll pass along to you, and you’ll see an automatic credit in your bill in the coming weeks.

I have the same question.  The fee was credited on my June statement ($10.40), but then charged again ($12.25).

What gives??

terrance_d, You will see a credit for last month, but there will still be a Reginal Sports Fee on your bill since you have other sports channels available in your area. This amount may change over time. You can check out this link for more information: xfinity.com/facts

What other regional sports? Shouldn’t we be getting a monthly credit vs one time?

You have sports that show on other channels, such as NBC, CBS, ABC, A&E, FOX1, etc.  As a result, the charge would apply.  It's not just for your immediate area.

So I pay Xfinity a regional sports fee for local sports that I get for free via my antenna? I don't, think so. When our contract expires in Feb, we are done with Xfinity TV. Time to cut the cord as so many others have done!
