Regional Sports Fee?

so if you not longer have regional sports why are you still billing for it? I've called and the agent cannot explain it other that I will get a one time credit of $20, while you will continue billing me $10 a month for something I do not get. To me that sounds like fraud.

@user_e4sm73 Comcast’s network carriage costs, primarily regional sports network programming costs, are subject to change due to several factors including new contract negotiations, contractual rate changes, and ownership changes.

are you kidding me. You are billing people for something you are not giving them. and your legaleeze doesn't explain it well enough. What region sports do you provide for this fee? I have been a customer since the late 80's and have never once thought of switching, until this fiasco. Now you're just treating me like a bank and I can't accept that. You are not giving me many options.

I apologize for the frustration @user_e4sm73 The RSN Fee is an itemized charge on your bill based on our costs of providing the regional sports networks we carry on our cable systems in each area. These costs include the fees that Regional Sports Networks charge us to carry them on our cable systems, fees that are among the fastest-growing components of our programming costs, and, have become common in our industry. All providers are affected by rising programming costs, and many other providers have similar fees to help offset these costs.

You still did not answer my question, WHAT REGIONAL SPORTS DO YOU PROVIDE ME FOR THIS FEE? Are you going to start charging me for HBO, Stars or other premium movie channels I do not get because you are charging me for regional sports I am not getting. Where is the line?

I've invested way more time in this conversation that it is worth, and taking it offline does nothing for everyone else you are doing this to. Plain and simple, remove the fee for something you are not providing.
