Regarding my balance refund

refund request

I have a balance on my account I would like refunded.  Could you please enable the direct message here so I can proceed?  (Took a while to figure out that I need to make a post in order to enable direct message). I been provided a reference number first they promised me a refund that will be provided to my account witch they lied to me about I added funds for Xfinity mobile to get the Black Friday deal now they are telling me I have to wait and they don’t send checks and my payment has been on hold makes no sense customer care is not caring about there customer I try making payments

on time witch I am I scheduled payements to be on time now it’s on hold

And all representatives give false information they don’t give me a answer it’s waste of

time I have been a customer for a while and I am not satisfied with Xfinity i wanna cancel my account at this point

[Edited: "Language"] I got a 120 card was almost useless, online restaraunt purchases are all it was good for.  used 200 of 500 and the rest just ..... disappeared.. all parties say no recourse thats the [Edited: "Language"] part.  Ill attorney Gen is actively seeking YOUR input
