Regarding monthly bill

when I started my WiFi plan with Xfinity I was told my monthly balance will remain $55 for 3-5year which was a plan. But how come my monthly charge went up to $66 or more then $55 each month. Cause we are only attached with the WiFi nothing extra with Xfinity so please check my account and bill statements to see what’s going on and why I’m being charged more then $55.

The difference makes me wonder if your paperless billing and automatic bill payment from your checking account(not a debit card or credit card) has been set up? How long ago did you place your order? If you are within your first 2 months, the discount can take longer than we like to take effect.
