Refunds
Who on earth do I need to talk to about this? I will outline the situation because this is so ridiculous.
I moved addresses and called to have my NOW Internet transferred to my new address. Because it was a new house they needed to run the cable from the street to my house but they couldn’t attach a work order to NOW Internet so the service rep said they would cancel my now Internet then I would I need to sign up for regular Internet so they could attach the work order. After my Internet was set up I could cancel the regular Internet and sign back up for NOW Internet.
when I did that, they didn’t cancel my old plan so I paid double for that month. Then when I received the new Internet box to my new house for the new NOW Internet plan. it wouldn’t work and through the support rep We determined that it was because the Internet plan was set up to my old house. So now in April ive paid two $30 payments for now internet and a $40 payment for the regular internet.
trying to sort all of this out I was told by a sales rep to go into an Xfinity store, which I did, and they could not figure out the whole situation so the rep at the store tried to sign me up for three more NOW Internet accounts. Which I was billed for. And all three of them defaulted back to my old address. So they attempted to cancel those and signed me up for one more Which also defaulted back to my old address. My Internet still does not work. They can’t cancel and refund me for the previous now Internet plans. When I go into the store, they connect me with the agents who can’t do anything so they have the prepaid department call me. They can’t do anything so they sent me to the billing department who says they can’t do anything and send me back to the prepaid department and there I sit going back-and-forth over and over and over.
for 2026 I have paid $299 for internet when I should have paid. About $120- $150
I Have not received any refunds. we have submitted 4 ECM tickets which say they have been resolved but they haven’t.

this one they couldn’t submit the ECM because they submitted some other kind of ticket and it wouldn’t let them do the ECM or something

this was supposed to be the account that was working and active and it did work for a couple of weeks, but recently quit two days ago

I have no clue which accounts are active and working. Which accounts equipment goes to and which they don’t. I returned three of the equipment that I received back in store
how do I get my Internet working again?
additionally, how do I get my Internet set up at my new address not my old address? By looking at my account that every Internet account is registered at the [Edit: Personal Information] when they were submitted for the [Edit: Personal Information] address
