Refund

I need refund for 2 issues -

I was paying for xifinity service in my previous apartment. I moved to a new house after that. I received a new device and a new account for my new address. But I see my accout has autopayed for last 3 or 4 months for my previous address even after moving out. Its asking me for a payment for september for previous address. I haven't used xifinity internet in my previous address after moving out. I need refund for the amount I have been charged for previous address. I have also returned the xfinity device for my previous address.

2nd issue -I was told I don't need to pay for installation charger for my new house. I think around 150-200$ have been charged for installation. I will need a refund for this as well.

It would be helpful if someone can look into it.

user_901889 We appreciate you reaching out to us today over our Xfinity Community Forums. It sounds like the service at your previous location has not been completely disconnected. This should have happened through a transfer of service request when moving to a new location. However, if you received new equipment for your new location a new account may have been created for the new place and a transfer of service request was not submitted. Did you move to another state by chance?

Also, if your new location has not had Xfinity services before, an installation charge would apply. Generally, our installation charge is a one-time fee of $100.00 unless additional construction is needed to bring Xfinity service to your location. The one-time installation fee covers the technician's labor, materials, and work required to make the home service-ready. Is your new place a newly built home?

I moved to a new house within the same town. The xfinity office had given me a new device for my old house as getting new service for my new house was getting delayed. In this process I never new that I am getting charged. No information was provided to me regarding charges for my old house. I never used the new device for my old house as I had moved to my new house. I had to wait for many weeks to get wifi service installed at my new house. Can I get a refund for old house new xifinty device and can someone disconnect my service at my old house. I did a chat with xfinity agent but the chat service was stopped in between. I don't know who did it the agent or xifinity.
