Refund

I have a refund that is on my Xfinity account for $447.00 that I want to be sent back to my checking account.

This issue happened on Sunday June 14,2026 and today is June 21,2026 and the money is still not in my account.

I sent all of the paperwork from my credit union showing the money was taken out of my account,

I did everything that I needed to do to get the money back and I still have not received it.

I understand the process and that it takes time but on Thursday June 18, 2026 I was told by an Xfinity customer service representative that my money would be returned to my checking account on Friday June 19, 2026.

I have called Xfinity several times and every time I talk to them I am told a different answer and I need to get this resolved as soon as possible.

I work hard for my money and I need my money that is owed to me back into my checking account.

I work hard for my money and I am the only person working in my household at this time.

I would like an answer by today to guarantee that my $447.00 will be paid to me by tomorrow June 22, 2026.

The concern is not "Home Security Rules And Automations" help related........... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
