Refund

my mobile service was canceled on February 28, 2026, I have since been billed for two billing cycles despite attempts to cancel auto pay. I am requesting a refund.

When you're looking at your mobile bill. Can you tell us both billing cycle dates you were billed for and the date you disconnected?
