refund

I disconnected my account because I moved, the apartments have a bulk account through Xfinity. No one can seem to explain to me when I’m going to receive a refund. When calling everyone is trying to sell me something and I don’t need anything. I have Xfinity phone services but about to move these service to another provider because of the confusion and miscommunication. This has been the WORST move of services . Nobody seems to know ANYTHING except  reading from a cue card. Please provide clarity. And a date of my 82.00.

Hello @user_s15oyr This article has more information on the refund process. But if that isn't helpful we can certainly look into the account to see what is going on. A refund also requires all rental equipment be returned. Did you return any Xfinity equipment you had?
