Refund

I’m supposed to get a refund from xfinity to my bank account and it’s still hasn’t showed up it’s been 8 days and I don’t see a pending deposit or anything

I looked at that link and I’m still confused my daughter had her phone stolen by an xfinity employee when doing a trade in and I was given a 511.29 refund and it was credited to my account and after contacting the forum. I called consumer service to ask if they could send it to her debit card and they said yes and did it but the women we talked to was named princess, she said she couldn’t give us a confirmation number or anything that that actually happened and it’s been 8 days and we are just getting a bit worried that it’s not coming. I have the confirmation number from the initial refund if that helps but we just want to make sure the refund is actually coming and we are not being scammed once again. I have a lot of distrust in this company right now with everything that has happened and would just like some confirmation that the refund coming please and thank you. That is a lot of money and my daughter lives on her own and five dollars is a very big deal to her please help.
