@user_7tkrtn Thanks for reaching out and connecting with us here on Forums. Usually with closed accounts if you have a payment method on file the refund will return to that last payment method. You should also receive a refund email on how to claim funds. Please check this out https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/refunds-from-xfinity it has information on requesting a check if you didn't have a payment method on file.
