Refund

How long does one have to wait to get a refund? It has been two weeks since I was double charged on my bill and no one seems to want to give me back my $211 that I was charged twice for this is ridiculous.

Thanks for posting on our community forums, user_qhn40z. Great question. Refunds are typically processed within 30 days. We will first attempt to issue the refund to the original payment method. If that’s not possible, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to claim your refund. If we don’t have an email address on file, a check will be issued after the 30-day processing period. But we can also check the credit status here. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.
