Refund

Hello,

I recommend never going with xfinity. They will steal your money. I returned my equipment after cancelling my service and they stole $114 from me and claims it was for unreturned equipment. Every customer service agent swore to me that it would be here by Friday, which is today. Yet, I still have not received it. This company will lie and steal your hard earned money. This is ridiculous. All I wanted was MY money back. I have screenshots to prove it all.

Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it.
