I have a balance credit. How and when do I get a refund (waiting since May)

user_ro98u5 Thanks for posting on our community forums. Refunds take 30 days to be sent back to the payment method used when the account was active. If that is not possible, we will send a check to the billing address on file after 30 days. If the credit has not been received, we can investigate for you. Could you please send our team a Direct Message with your name and service address? Our team can take a further look at this issue.

 

To send a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
