Refund
Xfinity deactivated my equipment before I received newer replacements. Christian, provided absolutely no resolution after placing me on hold repeatedly. Terrible customer service, so I decided to cancel all services. Of course, he was quick to disconnect but offered no information about refunding services that I have paid for. Billing ends July 22nd but starting today I have no TV. Is there someone that offers refunds or do I have to report this to my Visa account.

u/user_afkeqs We're sad to see a member of the family leave, hopefully you can trust us again in the future to serve your home. We bill in advance, so if you're on time with payments you can expect a refund for the days you didn't use out of the cycle. That will happen on the final statement, and that happens within the next 30 days. It gives time to return any equipment, if there is any to return. At that moment the system will issue you a refund to the card on file which processes within 3-5 days, or mails gift card for the balance if the card that was used is no longer active.
