refund

I cancelled my Xfinity account/ wifi package and was still charged $70.30. It currently says my account balance is 0, my problem is that I never received my refund. The chat agent says it was used for my next month's charge but I had stopped using Xfinity at that point. I would like my money back.

At the time you canceled your account were you perhaps in a contract? because it sounds as though you were charged an early termination fee.
