I commenced xfinity service on 10-23-20 and canceled my service with last day being 11-14-20. On 11-8-20 my bill for $128.06 was automatically applied. To this date I have yet to receive a refund in this amount despite 2 phone conversations with customer service. Was advised on my last conversation few weeks ago the refund would be processed after 12-1-20. I have not received a refund to date. Please advise of the hold up.
