Refund you owe
I am entitled to a refund and since October I have been promised it would be in my account. It was supposed to be in my account October and now it was supposed to be here today. I have called 4 times and been promised 4 times. It is owed to me I'm not asking for anything other than what I'm owed

To clarify is this for your residential account that was closed and your owed a refund?
