Refund Request for NOW Wi-Fi Pass

Dear Xfinity Support Team,

  I am writing to request a refund for the NOW Wi-Fi pass. On February 9 our NOW Internet auto-pay method failed due to my card being locked. The next attempt was scheduled on that same day. However, this payment was not processed.  Then, around 12:00 am on February 10, our NOW Internet service was paused. Lacking network capabilities, I purchased a NOW Wi-Fi pass so that I could submit the payment manually. Our NOW Internet service is resumed following payment success. I kindly request a refund for the Wi-Fi pass—$10.00 USD. Thank you for understanding and I look forward to your response!
