Refund Replacement Cards

Hello, I have 3 refund cards that expired on 9/25, 9/25, and 10/25 for $10, $230, and $230 respectively. Could I please have them replaced. It says the can be replaced up to 5 years after expiration, but I canno figure out who I should contact for their replacement. Thank you -

Hello, I requested replacement cards for reimbursement cards that expired between September and December of 2025 and my request was rejected. I understand that as per Xfinity policy I can request replacements for the cards for up to 5 years after expiration. Why was my request rejected? Who should I contact? Thank you -
