Refund owed, have not recieved!
Owed a refund. Got an email about how it has been issued through some stupid token on a card. I do not want a token or a card. I want the [Edited: "Language"] money back into my bank account that I have paid with for years. It is not like comcast does not have this info. Instead they spend money on creating a [Edited: "Inflammatory"] website and more money on printing useless cards instead of just giving customers their money back. When I go to the site, it wants to send a verification email to a comcast.net email that I do not even have! Can't talk to a live human about the problem until I log in but I cannot log in until the account is verified. Cannot call comcast because I no longer have an account.
Get rid of the useless bots that tell you they cannot help you but refuse to connect you with a live agent because wait times are long and the bot/comcast decided for you that you will not have an option to wait.
So glad I do not have this service anymore, I will never return.
Give. Me. My. Refund.

Every Xfinity account has a Comcast domain email address. If you had a different email address listed as your preferred email address, an email would have been sent to that one. Our refund process is outlined online and walks through the refund options.
When time has passed and there has not been an option chosen, the refund automatically is sent via a physical prepaid card if there were any issues after our initial attempts to refund the balance to the last used method of payment. If that method of payment was removed from our system upon account closure, then we would not have access to the required information to process that refund automatically to that method used.
Some financial institutions do process transactions on prepaid cards to then deposit the funds from them to your account with them. You may want to inquire if your financial institution has this option or utilize the card as a regular debit card.

I'm having the same issue, and I can't express how frustrating it's to feel that a company such as Xfinity will [Edit: inflammatory]. This has NEVER happened to me with any other provider. Account # [Edit: Personal Information]
