Refund owed from old account

Hi, I moved in December 2020 I called Comcast to have my address updated & services transferred. I was told everything was good to go. It WAS NOT. My service was not transferred but a new account opened bc I was in different region. It’s 2021 come on give me a break! Anyway, I OVER PAID my previous bill by roughly $75. This has been verified by comcast multiple times and I’ve been told that a refund check was sent to me.  It WAS NOT! It’s now 6 months later. I cannot comprehend how you can’t simply credit my current account the money OWED to my new account. The only thing that changed was the service address. Is this really how you treat your long time customers? If so it’s time to find BETTER SERVICE! Please REFUND MY MONEY
