Refund on payment after canceling service

If the payment results in a credit balance, any overpayment will be refunded to the original payment method within 30 days. If that's not possible, an email will be sent for you to claim your refund. If there's not a valid email on file, a check will be mailed. Did you update your billing address when you requested the cancellation?
