Refund on Credit

Service was disconnected on 12/1/2020 & have a credit of -62.06.  Per explanation "On your last bill you were billed in advance for services between November 11 to December 10. We've applied credit of -$51.60 as a result of your change(s) on December 1". The total credit is -$62.06. When will this be refunded to my payment account?

Hi @rgreen2015! That's a great question, and thank you for posting to the Xfinity Forum. Once an account is disconnected, it typically takes 2-4 weeks for a refund to be issued. Because you are close to that timeframe, I'd be happy to review the account and check the status of your refund. Can you send a private message?
