Refund Of Xfinity Mobile Account Balance
The title says it all, I received a billing credit a few months ago and was offered to have this amount credited to my card. I said I would take a credit to my account balance but I recently decided I will be canceling with Xfinity due to not being able to finance any phones, so I need the remaining balance refunded to my card on file. I followed this article and had the worst chat experience of my life, the agent had no idea what was going on https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/receiving-a-refund
Long story short, I am looking for any help you can provide with this matter.
