Refund of Credit on Account

I cancelled my services awhile ago, I then saw I have a credit on my account and would like that refunded to me immediately. I have tried calling but it keeps sending me to chat with the virtual assistant which cannot help me as it only allows me to request a credit since I closed my account.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window   
Press Enter to send it
