Refund of Credit Balance

Our HOA recently added internet to our community-provided Xfinity cable package. I was paying for Xfinity internet prior to this change, and have a pro-rated credit balance from my last payment.

How do I obtain a refund of the credit balance? I assumed it would be refunded automatically, but the change was made three months ago.

Hello, @user_ldc60h. I appreciate you reaching out to us via Forums to get your questions regarding your prorated credit answered. Any billing adjustment made to the account will be credited to the last card used to process your payment. It can take up to 30 days before the correction is seen on your end. I would be more than happy to review your account to see what's the status of this credit.
