Refund of 100$ deposit

Hi, I closed my Xfinity account on May 4 and returned the equipment. I had paid a $100 deposit when I opened the account, and the store employee told me the money would be refunded to my card. I still haven’t received the refund. Could you please check why and when I will get it?
