Refund not received.

I cancelled my services in 07/31/2023 and have not received the $46 refund. I have called and chatted with multiple people, and everyone is telling me something different. 1. The refund was credited to the credit card on file - I never received a credit to my credit card 2. Another person told me that Xfinity send a check to the address on file. The address is correct, but I never received a check. 3. Another person told me that a pre-paid credit card was send to the address on file but that also was never received. This is getting extremely annoying and looking at this forum it seems that there seems to be a pattern with missing refunds. How do I get this resolved? Xfinity happily took hundreds of dollars for mobile and internet services from me over the years but can't refund a few bucks?

Hello @user_3d09ix, you've come to the right place for help with your refund request, I have all the tools to look into this for you and get us on the right track. I'd like to take a closer look at your account,

in order to get started can you please send a direct message to Xfinity Support with your full name and full address by clicking the chat icon in the top right? It is true, that if you're owed a refund it will be first applied to the last payment method on file. If that should fail, then a prepaid Visa card is mailed out to the bill-to address listed on your account. This can take up to 30-days, but usually is resolved automatically much sooner.

I went to direct messaging, but your name does not appear as an option.

@user_3d09ix, I appreciate you trying to send that DM over, but you'll need to send it to "Xfinity Support" rather than my name. I look forward to working with you and getting this refund figured out. Thanks for sharing part of your weekend with me also, hopefully, you have some fun plans!
