Refund Not Being Provided

I returned my cable equipment on January 21, and was charged $920 for not returning it.  I have spent hours on the phone over multiple phone calls trying to get this resolved and I am getting the runaround.  At this point you have stolen my money and I want it back.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
