Refund Never Sent

I moved about a year ago and attempted to set up service at my new address. Somehow, the tech people I was talking to online set up several new accounts in my name without ever telling me the account numbers. This was never made clear to me and I ended up cancelling my service entirely. Afterwards, I was getting billed for these extra accounts I did not actually have access to.

After a long customer service back and forth, Xfinity discovered the issue, deleted the accounts, and promised me a refund. I never received the refund and I have been waiting for months. I have the ticket numbers and everything but support over the phone is saying they can't do anything for me. I want help with this as I have been dealing with this for a year now and am fed up. I want my refund.
