Refund never processed/fraudulent customer service

I was trying to change a payment arrangement because the card that was on file was not one I wanted charged. I was assured by 3 agents on chat and on the phone that it was changed. It was never done. As a result I was charged the 167.97$ to the incorrect card. I then requested a refund and was credited to my account instead of to the card used. I then spoke to about 5 different agents and 2 supervisors on the phone and again was assured the refund would be in my account on the correct card (that they asked me to provide the information again) by February 25th and the refund was never done. So I’ve been lied to by about 10 different people. Again today I tried to speak to someone to get the refund processed and AGAIN I was assured it would be done and nothing. I’ve got multiple confirmation numbers, I have screen shots of the conversations. I made complaints on the phone to supervisors to escalate and that was also never done. So I have never received my refund for 167.97 AND I’ve been lied to by multiple agents. I need this escalated and rectified as I have been a loyal customer for years and I am deeply upset at how I’ve been treated by your agents and company as a whole.
