Refund lies

My main cable line was broken up the pole from mid March through June 1st at my vacation home.  When the tech came out to fix the problem he told he could see from the rust on the exposed wire that it had been broken for an extended period of time.  In other words it did not just happen. (check the service notes from the repair) Being the loyal 30 year customer that I am I continued to pay my bill ($637.90) and I am now seeking a refund for the period of time that I did not have service.  So over the past 6 weeks I have been told by at least 4 different customer service reps that a $450 refund (ticket #[Edited: "Personal Information"]) would post to my account within 24 hours of our conversation. (check the chat transcripts)  Still the refund has not posted.  I have dedicated well over 10 hours of my time to getting my money back.  If this can't resolved Xfinity you win but will lose because after 30 years I will close all 3 of my accounts and take my business else where.  Right now with all 3 accounts and mobile phone I am paying you about $850 a month.  Any help would be appreciated.

user_8gpvd2 Hello! Thanks for being with Xfinity for over 30 years and for having our services at multiple locations! I'm sorry to read about your experience with requesting the refund and the service line being damaged. I am a customer as well and have been in your shoes when trying to be refunded from a provider. I know keeping our accounts corrected it vital. I would be happy to help out and work to have the account adjusted. You reached the best team for help!

Since this is account specific I will need you to send us a direct message with your name and the service address with the connection trouble.
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "Start new conversation" (pencil and paper) icon
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support"
As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic will replace the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.
Press Enter to send it.
