Refund issue
I moved and had to cancel my Xfinity account. I had an $89.51 credit which was supposed to be credited to my credit card used to pay. Was told that was done March 21, 2025, but it never happened. Called to inquire. Was told they sent a gift card to my service address, which I had moved from and never received. Last week sent a Dispute which was opened today at 6:27pm and closed by 6:33pm, denying my claim. I still owed $89.51. How should I proceed?
