Refund has not been received for more than 2 months

I closed my old account with Xfinity and opened a new account. The old account still have $184 due to I overpaid my account. The agent told me the credit balance will be refund to my bank account but instead they refunded to the visa prepaid cards I originally used to make payments. I do not have access to those gift cards and Xfinity refuse to reverse the refund and process my refund again through a check. I have contacted customer service for several times and everyone told me they will help me to get the refund and I never received a call back or follow up.

   - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

   - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

   Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it

I am not happy about this solution at all. I have to file a claim on utility commission
