Refund for xFinity charges that were made post-cancellation
Hello,
xFinity has charged my account for several years after I requested cancellation. I have the following facts:
- 10/6/2022 Service cancellation is request. Email confirmation of the cancellation is received from xFinity
- Billing continued for 40 months
- Upon discovery, support was called in January. Charges stopped but no refund was issued.
- In February, support was called again seeking refund. A small refund was issued for less than 10% of the owed amount.
Please help me receive the full refund for this service.
