Refund for Unwatchable TV
Since Dec. 16th, we and all of the other households on the block have had frequent, but intermittent (maybe 5 minutes between bouts) freezing, pixilation, loss of channels (all).
Have called, chatted, had techs out (replaced and reburied everything--3 separate cable box replacements), have explained problem--nothing.
TV unwatchable. Want refund for the 3 weeks, and also WANT THE PROBLEM FIXED.
