refund for my free mobile line plan
Hi team, I am currently on an internet plan that provided me with a free mobile line. However, I was charged $63.74 for the mobile plan yesterday. After contacting both the mobile and internet teams, I was informed that the mobile team could not address the issue because my line wasn’t marked as free by the internet team, and the internet team claims they have no access to mobile billing. I have been transferred back and forth between the two departments without a resolution. I would like to request a refund for the incorrect mobile charge and ensure that future mobile line charges are removed. Additionally, could you please advise me on how to resolve this issue without the need for further escalation? Your assistance in resolving this matter promptly would be greatly appreciated.
