Refund for accidental purchase

Hello,

My 1 year old daughter accidentally made an on demand movie purchase through the Flex box. We have not viewed the movie and would like to cancel the order so we can get a refund. To prevent this from happening again, we have added a purchase PIN to the box.

How can I get this purchase refunded?

To send a Direct Message:

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

 Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

   Press Enter to send it
