Refund and cancellation of errant Starz subscription

I was reviewing my billing history and discovered that I’ve been charged for Starz since 2021 without my consent. I have never signed up for Starz. I would like to cancel this sub and get a refund. $10 a month for the 36 months that this has been randomly charged to me amounts to $360 overcharged!!! Crazy. And for future how are customer protected from random services being charged to their accounts in the future?
