Refund after account closure

I have successfully closed my account 15 days back and have a refund to be processed but because i shifted to my country india i am unable to contact the customer support, please help me in getting my refund. My equipment has been given by xfinity to the new owners of the house and I request my refund to be made asap.

Thank you for reaching out. We apologize if we did not clearly explain what to expect when Xfinity owes you a refund.

 

Refunds are typically returned to the last payment method on file within 30 days of cancellation. If we are unable to issue the refund to that payment method, you will receive a notification with instructions on how to claim it.

 

If you do not respond to the notification, a prepaid gift card will be sent with your refund amount included.

It has already been 15 days and there is no such update, please have my mail id and let me know the further details on my mail-{ Edit personal information}

please i have not received any response from the company regarding this issue yet.

Refunds can take up to 30 days from the date your account is canceled. Please allow the full 30 days, then check with your financial institution to confirm whether the refund has been deposited. If we are unable to refund the payment method on file after 30 days, we’ll send you a notification with instructions on how to claim your refund.
