Refilling my service

Trying to pay with my Debit card that ends with 0707 but the steps to the payment is not responding

I understand how frustrating that can be, @user_em7f1p . If the payment page is freezing when you're trying to use the debit card ending in 0707, there are a few things you can try:

 

Use the Xfinity App to make the payment instead of the website.
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then close and reopen the browser before trying again.
Try using a different browser or an incognito/private browsing window.
If possible, try from a different device.
You can also make a payment through Xfinity's automated phone payment system if the online portal continues to freeze.
