reducing my xfinity bill

My Xfinity bill has gotten outrageous! I tried calling and going into the store to reduce the bill but they would not reduce it to my needs and they apparently don't care if I went to another provider. I have been a long time customer and not happy how I treated. It is a shame how us customers are treated with rising costs on a consistent basis! I have internet and all I wanted to do was to have very basic cable. I was told it would only reduce my bill by $10.00! I don't get it. If I only have internet and very basic cable how is that still costing me around $335?! That's criminal. I even filed a complaint and report with the Executive Office which they never took my complaint seriously and I still have an ever rising bill. at this point I'm at a loss. This company has you over a barrel. It's a shame.
