Recurring charges

March 29 closed account. Why am I still being charged? I spoke to xfinity last week and was assured it would stop. Again today I see the $83 charge!!!

You are with the right team for help, I assure you! Without seeing the account, what I believe happened is that the account billing was set to end on 3/29 at requested, but the order was never completed. Please allow me to review the account and have this settled for the final time. Simply send us a direct message with your name and service address. From there I will send a code to verify the account and make the needed corrections so that you are credited, and no additional charges will occur.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
