recent billing

Why has my bill gone up 48% in one month?  Your automated system can not answer this question nor does your system allow me to speak to a human.  How can I speak to a human about this???????

@user_gc8t9b Hello and thanks for reaching out.  If my bill increased I would ask questions as well.  Have you had the chance to check your previous bill to see if any deals may have rolled off? Typically, on page four is where any promotions are listed. There you would find the discount amount and the end date. Can you please direct message me your first and last name along with your full service address so that I can assist you with yoru bill concerns. 
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
