Receiving someone else's billing notification every month for over a year now

Every month I receive this notification that my bill is available to view online:

[Edited: "Personal Information"]

Except it is not my bill.  I have no idea who [Edited: "Personal Information"] is (the ??? replaces part of his email address).

I have tried repeatedly through online chat to stop this and they say they fix it, but I still get them.  Just got this latest one today!

What can I do to stop this?

TeddyTech Someone may have misspelled their email when putting it in for billing notification, and that's why you are getting them. I would be happy to look into why you are getting them, and do anything I can to help.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, and the email you are getting the notifications for please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

It would have been better to just instruct them how to remove the secondary person from the account.
