Receiving someone else's billing notification every month for over a year now
Every month I receive this notification that my bill is available to view online:
[Edited: "Personal Information"]
Except it is not my bill. I have no idea who [Edited: "Personal Information"] is (the ??? replaces part of his email address).
I have tried repeatedly through online chat to stop this and they say they fix it, but I still get them. Just got this latest one today!
What can I do to stop this?

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, and the email you are getting the notifications for please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
