Received E-Mail Message About Adding Mobile Phone Number Protecting My Account Online

This is Jeffrey [Edited: "Personal Information"] (current customer of Comcast/Xfinity) now letting to whom it may concern know that I received e-mail about protecting my account by adding a mobile phone number! Well since I do not have a cell phone (what I avoid) plus since am one who pays my cable bills online with my home's e-mail address that am one who pays my cable bills only at my federal agency's field office location while avoiding a mobile phone number since am not always at home when all the time while paying my bill only online at my office by using my federal agency's e-mail address as my alternative e-mail address. I do have a work office number what is my office's administrative number ([Edited: "Personal Information"]) where am reached at - followed by my very own extension # what is "[Edited: "Personal Information"]" what I could use as my mobile phone number even though am not always at home all the time now with my current (landline) home phone number what is "[Edited: "Personal Information"]." Now even though it is best to protect my account with a mobile phone #; but it is just that I have chosen to avoid using a mobile phone # at this time with myself not really at home when am paying my cable bills online by using my home's e-mail address at my office location. Am always at my office location at all times where am currently paying my cable bills online where it is easier & safer for me to do so then at home where am not safer at this time now. Meaning it is still best for me to avoid using a mobile phone # at this time that way simply by bypassing that part online right after logging in to my account online not needing it now at this time. Thank me to whom it may concern, Jeffrey [Edited: "Personal Information"]-current customer of Comcast/Xfinity.

Received reply back from you-thanking me to you! Am not asking any questions at this time as it is just that am only letting you know that I received very important e-mail directly from your end about protecting my account with a mobile phone # even though once again am not at home at all times when paying off my cable bills online; am at my office location at all times paying my cable bills online there bypassing the mobile phone # part by clicking on the "Ask Me Later" part after logging in to my account with my home's e-mail address before then recognizing my federal agency's e-mail address there as my alternative e-mail for the time being online what's a very important good thing so can do keep my account secure that way before then paying off my cable bills online with myself currently receiving e-mails directly from your end at my agency's e-mail address as am very proud of you! Thank me to you, Jeffrey [Edited: "Personal Information"]-current customer of Comcast/Xfinity for many years.
