received bill for account that was cancelled
Account was cancelled on/about 1/3/21 and confirmed with an online agent the balance was $0.00. Just received a bill for $187. Have spent much too long trying to contact a live person to get the billing corrected without luck. It's frustrating when we just want to be cooperative. Well, I have tried. Makes no difference to me since there will be no future payments for a service I no longer active.
